In 2004, Encore initiated a national affiliation strategy by forging agreements with USA Managed Care Organization (USA MCO) and Superien Health Network. Having these “travel network” relationships in place gives our members comfort by providing them the ability to access Encore-quality healthcare services whenever traveling outside of Encore’s coverage area. In the same way, it also benefits Encore employer group participants with employees in regional out-of-state business locations.
