Encore certainly doesn’t advocate gambling or bribery. But we do believe in having a good time in developing business – legally, that is.
So we’re kicking off our new producer incentive program in April – “E-bucks,” open to any broker or payor with whom we do business.
E-bucks will be introduced with a series of three breakfasts in Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, and Evansville. Each breakfast will feature a keynote speaker presenting an industry issue of special interest to our broker and payor audience. We’ll also take the opportunity to share our successes in 2004, announce new products we’re putting in the pipeline, and give you all the information you need to be a serious E-bucks player.
Some E-bucks basics:
Each Encore member renewal is worth $100 to you in E-bucks. Each new Encore member signed on is worth $200 E-bucks. We’re developing an online banking system (not FDIC insured, mind you) at encoreconnect.com where you can view your E-bucks earnings throughout 2005. For extreme competitors, there’s a special “bribery option” we’ll be explaining at the breakfasts, as well as providing on-the-spot opportunities to earn some early E-bucks.
Our E-bucks breakfasts will be held on:
Tuesday, April 12, 2005, at the Fort Wayne Marriott, from 8-10 a.m. Dr. Mike Schatzlein, CEO, Dupont Hospital, and executive vice president of Lutheran Health Network, will speak on the state of managed care, “The End of the World as We Know It.”
Thursday, April 21, 2005, at the Marten House in Indianapolis, from 8-10 a.m. Bryan Davenport, P.C., will present “Subrogation: How to Eliminate Confusion for Your Client.”
Thursday, April 28, 2005, at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, from 8-10 a.m. Speaker: TBA.
The E-bucks program will conclude on Saturday, Feb. 26, 2006, with an Encore E-bucks E-vent at the Colts Pavilion in Indianapolis. Participants will be invited to come and claim their earnings for the year. Then they can gamble their E-bucks at the mock-casino we’ll have set up. The more the take, the bigger the prize you’ll be able to bid on at our auction once the gambling has concluded. Prizes include a $4,000 value Caribbean cruise, golf lessons, a Blackberry PDA – and more!
