Encore has worked to provide members with a comprehensive Vision Plan. Launched in the 4th quarter of 2005, Encore’s Vision Benefit Access Discount (VSP) Plan will receive the following unlimited Access Plan discounts from a VSP network doctor:+

• 20% discount on eye exams
• 20% discount on frames, lenses and lens options when a complete pair of prescription glasses are purchased
• 15 % discount on contact lens exam (fitting & evaluation)
• an average 15% discount on regular price laser vision correction at contracted laser centers –or- additional 5% off the center’s promotional price.

+ Please note, these discounts are only available from the VSP network doctor who provided the eye exam within the last 12 months.
