Quality Products and Access Fees for 2009

Encore Health is committed to bring you and your clients the most comprehensive products and services while delivering them in the most cost-effective way. In addition, we are proud to serve more than half a million members as one of Indiana’s largest PPO Networks.

Encore has been able to hold its rates steady for the last four years, but a rate adjustment has been issued for 2009. Notification went out late November to advise of our new access fee rates effective February 1, 2009. To clarify, access fee rates for those payors who use Encore for repricing but do not have an EDI connection will be listed at $5.25 pepm.

If you have not received the updated fees please contact your Encore Account Executive. Please view the attached letter that was mailed out to all TPA’s and payors dated November 28, 2008.
