Dear Encore Partner,

I am writing this letter to put you at ease and clear up any confusion that may have arisen from recent news. I am specifically referring to a press release issued by M-Plan announcing their exit from the commercial HMO business. As you may know, Encore Health Network has been a sister company of M-Plan. Let me assure you that Encore Health Network is not affected by the M-Plan decision, and Encore has not been sold. Encore will continue providing the same outstanding, responsive service you have come to expect. Over half a million Hoosiers access their healthcare through the Encore Health Network. We’re strong, and our membership is growing. As the largest locally owned PPO network in the state of Indiana, Encore looks toward a bright future of providing affordable, quality healthcare.

We believe our constant innovations, responsiveness, and flexibility are the reasons Encore Health Network is the choice of employers, insurance carriers, brokers, and third party administrators who understand the complexity of healthcare benefits.
