Encore believes that educated patients make better healthcare decisions. Therefore we are making it easy for our members to make better, more cost effective healthcare decisions by launching a new section to Encoreconnect.com called Member Resources. These resources include the following tools.

Healthyroads Health Assessment tools – Encore members have access to Healthyroads interactive health assessment tools that were designed to help patients understand their health and aid in planning new health goals.

Your Disease Risk - Your Disease Risk is an online tool that allows patients to find out their risk of developing five of the most important diseases in the United States and get personalized tips for preventing them.

Clarian Price Guide - The Clarian Price and Quality Guide is intended to help members make informed purchasing decisions in regard to the price and quality of the most common health care services provided at Clarian Health.

Patient Safety resources – Encore members can link to the Joint Commission International Commission for Patient Safety Homepage where they can research well-established patient safety practices, safety-related solutions and more.

Hospital Comparison tool - The United States Department of Health and Human Services provides patients with information on how well the hospitals in their area care for all their adult patients with certain medical conditions. This information will help Encore members to compare the quality of care Encore network hospitals provide.
