Encore is dedicated to providing its members with quick and easy access to our network or doctors and hospitals. In addition to our online provider search, members now have the ability to print a standard directory from the Encore website to search for a provider or hospital in their plan.

Logging onto encoreconnect.com/providersearch allows members to download then print an Encore, Encircle or Encircle/Encore Combined network provider directory. In order to keep the pages to a minimum, the Encore and Encircle/Encore Combined network directories are broken into regions. Upon clicking on a network, members will view a map of Indiana broken into northern, central and southern regions. County boarders allow members to see which region to download. Doctors and hospitals located in boarder counties overlap each region. The Encircle directory is a full directory consisting of all physicians and hospitals participating in the Encircle network.

Data utilized by the online provider search is updated daily. Therefore, we recommend members use the online provider search before requesting a printed directory to locate a doctor or hospital. If members have any questions, they are advised to call Encore customer service at 888-574-8180.
