Encircle is a provider-sponsored managed care network that began in central Indiana and is now expanding statewide. Encircle EPO provides comprehensive care, with all physician specialties represented.

Encircle is locally owned and managed by The Healthcare Group, LLC. Its health system owners include Clarian Health in Indianapolis, Community Hospitals Indianapolis, Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, and Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne.
